Respect

Beyond love, what we all want is respect. 

Love is a given.  Respect is earned. 

• Respect is a deference

• it is a sweetness

• devotion

• non-ending

• powerful

Together with love, respect confers dignity upon all.

It is with great honor and respect that we allow our loved ones to flourish and live in joy and laughter.

When we respect ourselves, the whole Universe respects us and all enmity drops.  

The marker of a long and lasting relationship is respect between two people. 

Respect is such beauty that when you see it between two people - you feel good in their presence.  It is truly the greatest companion to love.

When someone is not respected in relationship, it fails.  Falls apart.  

We learn to respect where people are in their individual journeys.  We respect children and animals for their innocence and the elderly for their long life lived to the fullest.  We respect the sun, the skies and nature for her endless bounty. 

We respect our Beloved for having the strength to wield beauty.  And to continue living life with grace despite its difficulties.
