11 - 12 pm - How your Ayurvedic Constitution Affects your Relationship to Money
12 - 1:30 pm - Ayurvedic Lunch - We will cook together and eat Ayurvedic meal - included with retreat. All are welcome to also bring snacks and additional lunch that complement your dietary needs.
1:30 - 3:00 pm - Meditation, Yoga Nidra and Intention Setting
