• 185 Hours of Yoga study with Sumukhi and Yoga Illumined teachers

• 15 Hours of Self-study

• 200 Hour Yoga Alliance certificate

Additional equirements for certification include but are not limited to:

• Teaching practicums one on one and in group classes

• Essays, journaling and presentations

• Video(s) of you teaching a yoga class based on the Yoga Illumined curriculum
